Yes. All connections use TLS encryption and we never store your raw data. Queries run directly against your database through encrypted tunnels, and credentials are stored using AES-256 encryption at rest.
The Free plan costs nothing and includes one database connection, one saved query and CSV export. Starter is €19 per user per month and adds every database, the shared query library, scheduling, Google Sheets and Slack delivery, and the MCP server. Starter comes with a 14-day trial and no credit card is required. Pro (AI) at €79 per seat per month and Enterprise are available through sales.
Yes. Paid plans are billed per user with no cap on team size. Everyone shares the same connections, saved queries and schedules, and colleagues who only need to read reports can join with the Viewer role.
